Return/Cancellation Policy

Should you not be 100% satisfied with our briquettes or kindling and wish to return them
you must inform us within 7 days by email.

We will refund you in full for your order. We will refund you by credit card or cheque within
7 days of receipt of the returned items.

The items must be returned, unopened and in their original condition and packaging. We
strongly recommend that you return your items by Recorded Mail (Signed For) to ensure
security of the items. We also urge you to have your name and order number within your
parcel somewhere or on the back of the parcel so that we know who to refund. We are a
relatively small company but we do have quite a lot of orders and may not know who the
parcel is from.

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to delivery. Strathmore Briquette will refund the full cost of the transaction.
